Half Marathon Training Update

I am currently training for the 2020 Brighton Half Marathon. It is now 4 weeks to go and I only have a short time left to achieve my goal of 1:50 with a stretched goal of 1:45. In this video I give some insight in how I have structured my training to achieve my goal.
